Here at We Are Kaii we have taken every step to ensure the quality of our products. Each item gets carefully quality inspected by hand before being shipped out to our valued customers. We appreciate your custom and are always here to respond to any queries you may have.
Please refer to our size guide before ordering your garments to ensure you have the correct fit.
We have a 35 day returns policy, starting the day the order is placed, which may be exchanged for store credit. No refunds will be issued unless your items arrive faulty or damaged. All sale items are final.
All returned items MUST be in the condition they arrived with you, unworn & unworn with hygiene liners still intact. Items must be returned with all original packaging including tags and box.
Hygiene is extremely important, especially in these times, so we ask that when trying on your swimwear, you wear your own underwear underneath. We will be unable to process your return if this had not been adhered to.
Return shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you retain your tracking number. Items shipped internationally may incur local duties and customs charges. These are out of our control and therefor not included in your shipping total.
